Sometimes autobiography discombobulates me because the narrative isn't as tight and focused as it is in good fiction. There are a couple of chapters in All That Happended At Number 26 that made me ask why? Great anecdote but what does it have to do with the story?I'm just saying that, though, to tone down my review of love for this book. Scotty has the talent to make real people sound real. She is a great storyteller and I spent a lot of time annoying my reading companions by laughing out loud.
