Honoria's character is inconsistent. I imagine it's to show that passion interferes with her otherwise calm and competent nature, but the writing doesn't convince me. There's a lot of sex - I must have skimmed almost a quarter of the book - but Laurens mixes it up and doesn't seem to repeat herself. Never fear though, penetration and fertilisation are still paramount.
